The Quail Creek Country Club has been privately owned by the members since 1988.
It’s amenities include a large tennis facility, fitness center with personal trainer and spa service, casual and fine dinning. Membership is not a requirement for homeowners.

Privileges: All Club facilities plus voting rights
Associate – Golf
Joining Fee: $25,000 ( limited to minimum of 21 years and maximum of 45 years) May apply for full golf at any time; however they must make such application after being in the AG classification for 10 years or upon reaching the age of 46 whichever comes first.

Dues: $6,220 plus tax, $34 per month Capital
Maintenance, annual prepaid gratuity fee ($598), No food minimum
Privileges: All Club facilities unlimited golf, no voting.
Non-Refundable Deposit with Application: $5,000 (applied to the then current joining fee) Annual Joining fee installments: $5,000 due each anniversary date for 4 yrs.

Initiation Fee: $2,000
Dues: $3,800 plus tax, $20 per month Capital Maintenance dues, Annual prepaid gratuity fee ($598), No food minimum
Privileges: All Club facilities with limited golf
In Season: November through April, 6 rounds after 12:30pm at 1⁄2 greens fee. No guest privileges.
Out of Season: May through October, unlimited golf at 1⁄2 greens fee. Guest privileges
Fiscal year begins September 1. Dues (pro-rated through August 31) are payable upon activation of membership
